It is a community of 109 lots nestled in some of the most beautiful nature Utah has to offer. Stagecoach Estates is zoned as Mountain Remote with Summit County, meaning that land in Stagecoach, because of its location, accessibility, terrain, and similar features, is not easily serviced by local providers.
The objective of the founders when the community was established in 1970 was to maintain the natural wildlife located within the boundaries and to help the lot owners enjoy the peaceful use of their properties.

Stagecoach Estates was established in 1970 out of the mountains of the original Bitner ranch. Stagecoach Estates gets its name and heritage from Bitner ranch and the old stagecoach stop built in 1862 that is still on the Bitner ranch property.
