Am I allowed to hunt on my property or in Stagecoach Estates? There is absolutely NO HUNTING allowed in Stagecoach Estates. |

What am I allowed to put in the recycling bin? Plastics 1-7, Paper, Cardboard, Metal and Steel Like: Water bottles, Milk jugs, Plastic soda bottles, Colored and Clear containers, Laundry jugs, Food and Juice containers, Aluminum cans, Steel/Tin cans, Food cans, Soda cans, Junk mail and Mixed Office paper, Magazines/catalogs/brochures, Phone books, Wrapping paper, Newspaper, Clean paper cups or plates, Cardboard (no waxed board), Cereal/Food/Drink boxes, Shoe/Gift Boxes, Paper Bags. |
What am I NOT allowed to put in the recycling bin? Do NOT BAG your items.... and please flatten all of your boxes before putting them in the bin. NO Plastic Bags of any kind, NO Glass of any kind. Also, NO: Styrofoam, PVC piping, Small appliances, Plastic toys/figures, Waxed paper, Waxed cardboard, Food, Hangers, Paint, Light bulbs, Carpet/carpet padding, Tree/yard waste or grass clippings, Soiled paper products, Electronics, Foam, Clothing/shoes/textiles, Batteries, Heavier weighted steel/metal, Any type of hazardous waste, Motor oil, NO soiled PIZZA boxes. |
Am I allowed to place signs on my property? No signs, billboards, postings shall be placed on or about any property, including For Sale signs. Please contact the The Architectural Controls Committee for more information. |
What entities have access to our HOA? LDS church campers, utilities workers (Mountain Regional Water, Rocky Mountain Power, and Peak Communications tower). |
If I see a maintenance issue with the gates (i.e. they won't open, are stuck, etc) or I am doing construction and need them to stay open for trucks, who do I contact. Please submit a ticket via PayHOA and someone will contact you to resolve the issue or schedule a time to open the gate. |
If I am a new resident and need to purchase a gate remote, who do I contact? Please submit a Maintenance request via PayHOA and provide your contact information. We will send an invoice for the remote, and once paid, will be issued to you. The gate remote will work on both gates. |
Garbage and Recycling Pick Up Schedules: Garbage is scheduled to be picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling is scheduled for Wednesdays. |
