The ACC (Architectural Control Committee) was recently tasked with updating our governing document focusing on 3 key goals: 1) simplify, remove redundancy, and make wording consistent throughout the document, 2) update the fee structure to be more in line with the current economy, and 3) allow for Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) structures in alignment with county regulations. We believe this updated document holds true to the original intent while making it simpler to read/follow and also to be enforceable by the county. The ACC has the right of waiver as referenced at the end of the document to make exceptions where good cause is shown.
Annual Meeting
The Stagecoach Estates Lot Owners Association will hold our annual lot owners meeting each spring, typically in March.
The meeting is virtual and once a date/time is set, the meeting information will be shared here.
Lot owners in good standing or a representative of their choosing are welcome to attend. To be in good standing your annual dues and any previously outstanding dues and assessments must be paid.

VOTING for board positions will be sent out within ONE week of the Annual Meeting with vote submitted within ONE Week following the meeting. A proposed change to our CC&Rs via electronic ballot. Any proxies for your vote must be submitted by the beginning of the meeting.
