Lot owners in good standing or a representative of their choosing are welcome to attend.  To be in good standing your 2024 annual dues and any outstanding dues and assessments must be paid. 

We have at least three director positions on the board available where the current directors are not seeking re-election, and both the President and Treasurer roles are up for re-election. If you are interested in joining the board, please submit your information and a short bio (optional) to [email protected]. We would love your involvement to help shape the future of our community!

VOTING for board positions will be sent out within ONE week of the Annual Meeting with vote submitted within ONE Week following the meeting. A proposed change to our CC&Rs via electronic ballot. Any proxies for your vote must be submitted by the beginning of the meeting.
